1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jl357 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and international gaming standards. 12. Account Termination and Suspension

Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

12.2 Termination by jl357

jl357 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, abusive conduct, chargebacks, creation of multiple accounts, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform or other Players. 12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account, the Player's license to use the platform is immediately revoked. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and applicable law — shall remain in full force and effect after account closure.
